    • A statement confirming the infringement, signed under penalty of perjury.
    • Statutory regulations violated by the disputable content.
    • Documents proving your rights to the infringed intellectual property.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, using the English language.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
